This morning was so great! Not only was it my first morning off for seven days, but I also indulged in one of my favorite Savrda family traditions-- a very special hand-made snacklette. I enjoyed this treat, that my father taught me how to make in front of the television, appropriately watching a Samantha Brown special on (at least one half of) the fatherland.
All the celebrities were there...
Peanut butter:

And of course, the guest star, Ritz crackers:
The process is a meticulous one. Each individual cracker gets kissed with peanut butter.
Now, one of the most unique things about this Savrda snack is that I don't eat them as I go. Well, okay, I may eat ONE as I go, but it's also an exercise some patience. I lay them all out so the feast comes after most of the work:

Yum-O I'm gonna have to try that little snacklette, maybe I'll even eat them in front of my TV :) I miss you already...enjoy your week off though and I will see you again before you know it!!
