It's over (January-June)

It's over. 2009.

THE YEAR IN REVIEW (with photos):

JANUARY
--I got my hair chopped off.
--I loved hanging out with HA CHA for our annual reunion:
--I started my second semester of Nursing School.
--My first Pan y Vino as co-head went surprisingly well.
--I took some pictures with Matt:
--I saw Chris Thile with the Punch Brothers at the OPAC. When he signed my CD he called me "sweet" because I complimented his clothes, his music, and his lyrics. I don't think anyone had ever called me "sweet." Ever.

FEBRUARY
--The Confirmation retreat with two of my sisters was great:
--I had clinicals with my favorite Clinical Instructor, Dr. McMillan. She, and another student, Beth, are the sole reasons I have made it this far in Nursing school.
--The annual Sweet Heart Swing was a blast:
--My second, and last, Pan y Vino as co-head was fabulous. My team was the greatest EVER. Some of them did a little skit that parodied all the team members. This is what my face looked like during the skit:

MARCH
--There was snow in the weekend from February into March.
--I grew as a Nursing Student and became a terrible RA to my residents.
--I went to the AU Singer's Dessert Cabaret. I marveled at all the performers, especially my favorite Singer who did an show-stopping rendition of Michael Buble's "I'm Your Man."

APRIL
--I loved the Spring days. With some old friends, and some new friends, I spent a ton of time at the Arboretum:

--I completed the semester and got ready for finals.
--I helped my sister Allison get ready for her Senior Prom:

MAY
--I turned 21. To celebrate, an Alien Party was in order. Here are two of the extraterrestrials that were in attendance:
--My younger sister, Allison graduated from High School.
--The CSO Beach Retreat was a blast! I loved fishing and just sitting on the dock:
--My final summer semester of classes began.
--I dealt with the reality of my friends graduating, transferring, and leaving me behind.

JUNE
--I was non-existent in the blog world. I didn't post once in June.
--I did my Obstetric clinicals. I loved the Newborn Nursery!
--I learned how to play, and dominate, Bunco at Natasha's bachelorette party:
